Yield: 40 hectolitres per hectare
Fermentation: without maceration with skins, 50% in
1000 liters oak barrels, 50% In concrete tanks after a
slow hydraulic pressing
Maturation: with its natural fine lees for 12 month and
then in bottle for other 12 months
